Prerequisites to access Amber

Proof of a valid license is required before access to Amber can be granted.

  • As an initial step, users must complete and submit the form available at AmberMD (under "Non-Commercial Use"). This form serves as a registration of their agreement with the Amber software license. Upon submission, users will be prompted to download the software; however, this step is not necessary, as Amber is already installed on Setonix.

  • Next, users should submit a helpdesk ticket requesting Amber access, including the user accounts and email addresses that require access. Additionally, individuals must confirm that they have registered their non-commercial use of the software on the Amber website.

Once these steps are completed, the Pawsey technical team will add the user to the Amber group, after which access will be granted.
