Membership and access

Project membership

You can view the current members by navigating to the project dashboard and clicking on the “Info” button for the project. You will also see the Pawsey code for the project. This code is what you will need to know when you visit the Pawsey project management portal.

Adding members

Inviting and adding new members is now done through the standard Pawsey tool for Project Administration.

Removing members

You can remove members from the Project administration portal, if you are the PI, by contacting the Helpdesk Service.

Controlling public access

If you are the PI, you can enable or disable the public sharing capability for your project.

Sharing files

If the PI for your project has enabled public sharing, then you will still need to explicitly share the files you want made available. This is available through the file “Info” toolbar
