Joining an existing project
If the project already exists, please contact the owner of that project. They will need to invite you to join their project, using your email address. Owners (aka the PI) use the Project Administration portal to send invites.
Applying for a new project
Log in to the Application Portal using your AAF (eg University or CSIRO) credentials. Do not use your Pawsey service account, if you have one. For institutions that are not AAF members, such as State Government, you will need to click the link: Signup with your email address.
Once you have signed up, you can then log in using the link: Login with your email address.
You will be presented with a Dashboard and a menu for Applications and Allocations.
Click on Applications and then New Application to get started.
Renewing or modifying (eg increased quota) for approved projects
Log in to the Application Portal using your AAF credentials. Do not use your Pawsey service account, if you have one.
If you have approved applications, they will be shown in a list when you click on the menu item Applications. Click the View button on a particular approved application to view it.
To use this as a starting point for any updates, click the Re-apply button up the top of the application. Edit the form, as before, and submit when you are done.
