Can Setonix run CUDA codes?
Standard Setonix partitions do not have NVidia GPU resources, so cannot run CUDA codes natively.
You may be able to port your CUDA codes to run on Setonix’s AMD GPUs, but that will depend on the code. There is some basic information on porting CUDA codes, in Pawsey’s support wiki, here. You can also raise a ticket with the Pawsey Help Desk asking for some guidance.
The Setonix-Q quantum partition does have NVIDIA GPU resources. However, this is a partition dedicated to quantum simulation and is only available through the Setonix-Q Pilot scheme.
