pshell and PUBLIC access

If you wish to access public data using pshell then you will need to slightly modify the usual login procedure as follows:

localhost> pshell -d public
pawsey:offline>login
Username: public
Password: public
pawsey:/projects> cd /

pawsey:/>ls
