Acacia could be used as an archive/transfer tool accessed from everywhere including visualisation and compute/cloud resources at Pawsey as well as users' computers enabling them easily transfer their data between any system.

Below diagram shows integrity of Acacia with visualisation and compute/cloud resources followed by instructions how to access Acacia in different systems:

Nebula and Visualisation Lab

To access Acacia in Nebula and Visualisation Lab, MinIO (mc) is provided as CLI tool through git emulator. Please note all commands are universal in any OS/platform. Following best practice gives universal examples accessing Acacia.


Topaz RemoteVis

To access Acacia in Topaz RemoteVis nodes, it's same with using mc CLI client in native terminal.
