Mediaflux Guide

Introduction

Mediaflux is a software product from Arcitecta that Pawsey uses to deliver a consistent data platform across multiple storage resources including, but not limited to, the cool storage tier banksia. For example, it is used to automate tape recalls when offline data is requested. It may also be used to add enhanced metadata and accomplish advanced file and file metadata searching.

Common Usage

For most requirements, point your browser at the Data Portal and log in using your Pawsey credentials.
